This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain how we collect, use, and protect your information. It has been reviewed and approved for publication by our legal counsel.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information The Committee LLC, d.b.a. Coaching-humans.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit Coaching-Humans.com or use our courses, workshops, coaching, and related services, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

•    Contact details — your name and email address, and any other information you choose to include when you complete a form on our site, sign up for our email list, or contact us.
•    What brought you here — the selection you make in our contact form describing what you are looking for, together with any message you write.
•    Account information — if you purchase a course, the details needed to create and maintain your access, including your name, email address, and a password.
•    Workshop registration — if you register for a workshop, your name, email address, time zone, and anything you tell us in the registration form, such as an accessibility requirement or what you hope to get out of the session.
•    Booking information — if you schedule a call or a session, the details you provide through our scheduling provider, including your name, email address, time zone, and anything you write in the booking notes.
•    Payment information — when you buy something, our payment processor collects your card or payment-account details and billing information. We do not receive or store your full card number.
•    Things you write inside the materials — our workbooks and journals are designed to be filled in privately. Where a document is completed on your own device and never sent to us, we never receive its contents. Where a feature does transmit what you write to us, we say so at the point of collection.
•    What happens in a live session — if you attend a workshop or group session, other participants will see your name and hear what you choose to share. If we record a session, we tell you before it starts, and the recording will include anything you say or show on camera. You can attend with your camera off and your name shortened if you prefer.
Information collected automatically
•    Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
•    Cookies and similar technologies — described in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy.

Information we do not want
